Meet My Team

Michelle hails originally from Staten Island, New York and moved to South Florida in 2000. Before joining the Adler Team, Michelle worked in the service and medical field for the past 20 years. She obtained her EMT license and was a Captain managing over 100 volunteers in the Ambulance Corp. Michelle has worked for the Adler Team since moving to South Florida. “I understand the importance of home ownership, it has made a difference in my life, so now I want to help others find their dream home.” Michelle is a star power trained agent and has completed the buyers university, where Buyers Specialists are trained in all areas of the home buying process. She is one of our top negotiators. Michelle also is our Lead Buyers Specialist and helps all the other Buyers agents with their negotiations. Michelle is the type to do what ever it takes to help anyone. From a team member to a customer Michelle knows that it is all about service. Michelle sells over forty homes a year to people in all walks of life. From first time home buyer that need a little hand holding to the million dollar buyer Michelle knows how to satisfy a customer. There’s a lot more to Michelle than being a multi-million dollar producing real estate professional. Michelle and her husband Kevin reside in Coral Springs along with their eleven-year-old son Brandon. When she is not working Michelle enjoys being MOM to her family, which includes two dogs. She is perfect for her position at the Adler Team, as Lead Buyers Specialist. She uses her leadership skills to train and supervise the buyer specialists on the Adler Team and to assist them in striving to the highest level of service possible. Michelle loves helping families find their dream homes as well as investors find financial freedom. One thing is certain Michelle treats everyone like you are family and works for you like you are one of her family.

Michael is a real team player. He had been working in real estate for over twenty years. He started is training working with South Florida’s legendary realtor Addy Adler, who has been in the industry for almost thirty years. Michael has had lots of training from some of the best consultants in the industry. It has helped Michael with his negotiating and sales skills. Michael can and will help you find the home of your dreams. Michael was born in New York and had been in South Florida since 1967. He was a baker and spent most of his life doing what he loves most selling homes. He has a daughter and son who are in college here in South Florida. Michael is the team pit bull. Once he starts helping you find a home he never quits till you find what you are looking for. He knows how to make things happen and has worked hard to help others get the home they want. Michael lives in Weston. But there is not one area in South Florida that Michael can’t help you find a home in. He has sold from Kendal to Delray. Gregory Mullen
Buyers Specialist

Gregory Mullen was born in Melbourne, Florida. He grew up in Boca Raton and has always had a passion for real estate and investing. Gregory is a musician and sailor. He even played in the Florida Atlantic University Orchestra. He also has family in North Carolina and travels there periodically. Gregory has many years in the service industry. After spending years as an investor Gregory decided to combine his two passions helping others and investing. “Home ownership is the largest investment most people will ever make. I love helping others get all the information they need to make the right decision on buying a home. “I love real estate, more wealth has been amassed and more millionaires have been created with real estate than any other investment. That is why I love helping people buy property” I have Real Estate my life long profession. I was never able to say that about any job I ever had. Gregory is one of the Adler Teams Buyers Specialist. Donna come from Malta, which is an island just south of the coast of Sicily. She has been here in the United States for years, and other than her romantic accent you would think she grew up in South Florida. She speaks Italian, Maltese, French – and oh yes did we say English too. She has been working in real estate for one year and what she lacks in experience she makes up for in enthusiasm and hard work. When we need something done we ask Donna. She is always there and willing to do what ever it takes to get the job done. Donna has a Bachelors degree in Hospitality and uses her skills to make you feel at home in the home buying experience. She managed and taught at an English language school for foreigners wanting to learn English. She was a professional singer in Europe, and performed in several operas and musicals including Madam Butterfly, Carmen, and the Merry Widow. She is a great and natural cook and loves to be with people. If you are looking for a friendly enthusiastic, hard working realtor who will make sure you are happy with your new home then Donna is the one you want to call. Pascual Ortiz
Buyers Specialist

Pascual is originally the Bronx New York. He was in the retail and service industry there. Pascual worked in high -end clothing on New York’s famous 5th Avenue prior to joining the Adler Team. He moved to Florida to pursue a career in Real Estate. Pascual is of Puerto Rican and Dominican descent and is one of the Spanish speakers on the Adler Team. While working in the fashion industry Pascual developed excellent skills in customer service and a great understanding discerning the client's needs. People who know Pascual say he is professional, motivated, enthusiastic, reliable, and hardworking. He genuinely enjoys helping others. Pascual is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure his customer is happy. He is a Buyer's Specialist who will help you find the home you always dreamed of and guide you in the best investment of your life. Wendy is our Listing Coordinator. She handles all aspects of getting your home ready for showings, taking photos, putting your home on all our web sites and initiating all marketing with our marketing team. She gets feedback on showings and puts information about what is going on with the sale of your home on your personal password protected web site.

Brady
Closing Coordinator, Licenced Agent

Brady is our Transaction Coordinator. She handles all sales contracts to closing. She works closely with sellers, buyers, Realtors, title companies, attorneys and all other parties involved in the sale of property.  Brady is also a licensed real estate agent. She will handle all aspects of the closing process after you get a contract.
